Ordinance Amendments (Proposed)
For Planning Board review on April 9, 2024, and Select Board review on April 11, 2024
Draft ordinance amendments to update Chapter 25, Floodplain Management Ordinance (see link below), were recommended by the Planning Board on March 19, 2024, after a public hearing, and by the Select Board on March 28, 2024. Subsequently, there was a need to make some additional revisions. The updated version will be reviewed by the Planning Board on April 9, 2024, and the Select Board on April 11, 2024.
