Planning Board Applications

The Planning Board meets twice monthly on the first and third Tuesdays of each month. The first Tuesday of each month is reserved for administrative work such as reviewing amendments to ordinances and policies. On the third Tuesday of each month, the Board reviews land use applications, conducts site walks, and holds public hearings.

Applications are reviewed for completeness by the Planner and scheduled in the order they are received. The Planning Department is here to help answer questions and provide information about ordinances to applicants. Please contact the Planning Office with any questions or to schedule a meeting time to review application material. 

When submitting your application, please include 10 hardcopies of the application, plans and any supporting material, as well as a PDF version of all material submitted.
