Let's Do Our Part to Keep Eliot Environmentally Safe & Sound!

The Town of Eliot has been subject to a Clean Water Act Permit for its stormwater discharges since 2003. This permit is known as the General Permit for Discharges from Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s). We participate in a regional group to help minimize permit costs. The regional group consists of the Towns of Eliot, Kittery, York, Berwick and South Berwick and is called York County MS4s.
