Nomination Papers Now Available
The Town of Eliot, Maine is seeking nominations for the following positions to be elected on June 9, 2020:

  • Select Board and Overseer of the Poor:   Two Members, term to June 2023 & One Member, term to June 2022
  • Budget Committee:  Two Members, term to June 2023
  • S.A.D. #35 Director: One Member, term to June 2023 & One Member, term to June 2022

To be eligible you must be a registered voter of Eliot
Nomination papers require at least 25 but not more than 100 signatures of Eliot Registered Voters

Nomination papers may be taken out at the Town Clerk’s Office during normal business hours. *During the office closure due to COVID-19 please call the office  at 439-1817 to arrange the issuance or return of nomination papers. Completed nomination papers must be filed with the Clerk by the close of business (1pm) on Friday, April 10, 2020 to qualify as a candidate on the ballot.
