January 8, 2018 MEETING
7:00 pm at the John F. Hill Grange Hall, 1412 State Road, Eliot
Jennifer Hunter, and the contractors hired by the York River Study to conduct historic resource surveys in the upper part of the watershed earlier this year, will present their findings at our meeting.
Gemma Hudgell from Northeast Archaeology Research Center will present findings from the archaeology surveys, and Scott Stevens from Groundroot Preservation Group will present results from the architectural history survey.
The meeting will begin at 7pm with Ms. Hunter’s presentation.
Donations to further the aims of the Society are welcome.
The program is FREE and refreshments will be served. All are welcome.
