Vital Records (Birth, Marriage & Death)
The Town Clerk's Office records and maintains all birth, death and marriage records for the residents of Eliot when the event occurs within the State of Maine.
To request a certified copy of a vital record you must submit a request in writing as well as proof of identity as described on the lower portion of the application form to the Town Clerk's Office in person or by mail to:
