Odor Complaint Reporting Information

For quite some time, Eliot residents have complained about an occasional “oily” smell coming from across the river.

Please report your complaint directly to Michael Sullivan, Town Manager via email at townmanager@eliotme.org.  Please include your contact information,  the location where you experienced the odor, the date of the incident, time of day, weather condition and any other information you would like to include.

We also offer a traditional paper complaint form (attached below) that can be dropped off or mailed to the Town Office.

The Town of Newington, NH is also collecting citizen complaints. It is believed to be coming from Sprague Energy.
