Complaint
Complaints can be submitted to the Code Enforcement Officer. The Code Enforcement Officer shall investigate instances of possible violations. It shall be the duty of the Board of Selectmen upon complaint of the Code Enforcement Officer to institute abatement, injunction or other appropriate proceedings at law or in equity to restrain, prevent, enjoin, abate, collect or remove such violations.
