SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

The accompanying application must be fully completed and all questions answered and requirements met. The Planning Board will not review an application which is not complete. There must be a total of 15 copies of the entire application, including site maps, drawings, and any other data pertaining to the project. 

The Planning Board hears applications at its regular meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. In order to be put on the agenda the application must be in the planner's office by the close of business on the 1st Tuesday of the month. This gives the  Planning Board time to review the application for any problems so that additions/changes may be prior to the meeting. It is in the applicant's best interest to get all information submitted as early as possible in order to avoid delays later in the process.
