INFORMATION FOR
PROSPECTIVE VENDORS
Booth Registration fee:
Eliot
Residents- $35.00
Non- Eliot Vendors- $60.00
Double
fees are charged for 2 spaces, etc.
Arrival Time:
Will be assigned- Begins at 6:30 A.M.
No Car Traffic Between 8:00- 8:40 AM
Festival hours: 9AM - 3PM. Breakdown:
3 PM or later
No Rain Date
Booth Details:
Ø
Booth
space is approximately 12’ X 12’. Location
assigned by the committee.
Ø
Vendors
supply their own tables and setups.
Ø
One
organization or crafter per booth space.
Ø
Tent
spikes are not allowed for booths located on the pavement.
Ø
Electricity
will NOT be available at the Elementary School or in Hammond Park.
Ø
The
use of generators is subject to committee approval at the time of registration.
Ø
No
booth breakdowns prior to 3 PM.
Ø
Vendor
is responsible for clean up of the booth and its surrounding space.
Ø
The
committee reserves the right to reject before or on Sept. 27th any
item considered unsuitable, inappropriate, objectionable, or not family
appropriate.
Ø
The
committee reserves the right to stop the sale and close the vendor’s booth
immediately if the vendor ignores the above stated clause.
Ø
The
committee reserves the right to reject an application in the event it duplicates
a previously accepted vendor’s activity.
Application Deadlines:
Ø
Apply by August 8, 2008 to reserve
your location space and to be listed in the program.
Ø
Applications will be accepted on a space available basis
after August 8th until
September 20th but the vendor’s booth or activity may
not be listed in the program.
Ø
A booth assignment map will be mailed to each vendor in early
September.
If
your application is not accepted your check will be returned within 30 days.
We
